We are very good at what we do – because that’s all we do, 100% property. We offer a quality service and a quality price. We leave behind practices that don’t work, and focus on what does. As a family-run estate agency we understand the impact that selling and buying can have on your day-to-day life, and we make the process as engaging and easy as possible.
We comply with professional codes and hold professional indemnity insurance. We ensure your financial and legal interests are protected at all times.
We won’t push you to say that you love a house that doesn’t appeal to you. We listen to what you want and only match you to homes that meet your requirements. Likewise, when selling, we’ll be accurate in our appraisals and timelines for finding a buyer. The advice we give is based on your best interests. We believe in forming long term relationships, so even after you have moved in we will be hoping to hear from you whenever you need estate agency advice.

We want our clients to stay with us because they like our service, not because they are contracted to. So we offer no lengthy tie-in contractual period: we only ask for 30 days written notice and no sale, no fee.
We will help you negotiate your onward purchase, for example by negotiating the offer, even if you find it through another agent.
We know that it’s not possible to fit every conversation within the hours of 9 to 5. Part of our approach to reliable communication and stress-free negotiation is to be available when you need us, including out of hours.
If we say we will do it, we will! The sticky phonecalls, the detailed queries, the troubleshooting investigations – we happily take all of this on, so you don’t have to.
